The backstory

We built this because the alternative doesn’t scale.

ModFuture started with two people we knew. A recruiter who knew exactly which candidates she needed but didn’t have the hours to find them all. A dealmaker who had a list of things that would grow his business but couldn’t get to half of it. The work wasn’t optional. It just wasn’t getting done.

The usual advice is to hire more people or buy another tool. Neither scales. More people means more overhead and ramp time. More tools means more software nobody fully uses.

So we built the capacity they were missing. We do the sourcing, the prospecting, the market intel. They get more done without adding headcount. That’s what ModFuture is for.
