These terms govern your use of services provided by ModFuture.ai ("ModFuture," "we," "us"). By subscribing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
ModFuture provides AI workflow, research, and intelligence services. We deliver leads, acquisition targets, market reports, workflow outputs, and related deliverables to your inbox based on your configured preferences and requests.
You send us requests via email, text, or Telegram. We build and run workflows using a combination of AI systems and human oversight, then deliver results to the email address on file. Recurring deliveries run on a schedule we configure together. On-demand requests are processed as they come in, typically same-day.
We use third-party AI models, search APIs, and data sources to generate our output. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any individual result. Our deliverables are research aids, not professional advice. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
We store your account configuration (name, email, company, preferences) and the requests you send us. We use this data to deliver your service and improve your results over time.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with other clients.
We may use aggregated and anonymized patterns from service usage to improve our systems over time. This could include things like which search strategies produce better results or how to score leads more accurately. We will never expose your specific data, contacts, targets, or requests to anyone else.
If you send us proprietary documents (financial reports, deal memos, etc.), we process them only for your requests and do not retain them beyond what is needed to deliver results. Let us know if you need specific data handling arrangements.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your billing cycle starts on the date of your first payment and renews every 30 days.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, we may pause your service until the balance is cleared.
You can cancel by emailing [email protected] with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees, no hoops.
When you cancel, your service continues through the end of your current billing period. After that, recurring deliveries stop. We retain your account data for 90 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it.
ModFuture is not a recruiting agency, a broker-dealer, an investment advisor, or a legal service. Our output is research and intelligence. Hiring decisions, investment decisions, and business decisions are yours.
We are not a licensed data broker. The contact information we provide comes from publicly available sources and third-party data providers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee it.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost deals, or decisions made based on our output.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
